Summer at WX

During the 2025 summer holidays, in celebration of the exhibition of work by Jason Wilsher-Mills at WX in Wakefield town centre, Edgelands Arts are delivering workshops with families and young people exploring their Wakefield Adventures, and building a unique cityscape which grows and changes each session according to the participants personal experiences. The workshops are delivered using recycled and sustainable materials and explore drawing, collage and crafting in 3D and are suitable for all ages and abilities. The free sessions took place every Wednesday until 27th August and every Saturday until 6th September between 10:30am - 4:30pm.
